Digital Social Media Manager
UBQ Materials is seeking a results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing professional to join our global marketing team. This role requires 5 years of experience in social media management within an international environment. While content creation remains an important responsibility (with some parts potentially externalized), the key focus of this position is the ability to translate the company’s marketing strategy into impactful social media actions, ensuring measurable results in reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

What you’ll do:

Translate the overall marketing strategy into tailored social media initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Lead the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and global marketing priorities.

Lead the Digital Media agencies in implementing UBQ digital strategy.

Create engaging content (images, videos, graphics, captions) for different platforms — while also coordinating with external agencies or freelancers when needed.

Develop publishing calendars and manage scheduling across social media platforms.

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging practices to enhance effectiveness.

Jointly with external agencies support will engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in line with the company’s brand voice.

Track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.

Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and amplification of campaigns across all channels.
